Click the START button on the bottom
Accept user Agreement (if not already done)
Click Start New Exchange
Choose which currency and chain you would like to send from (If it is not a button, please type it)
Choose the currency and chain you would like to receive to (If it is not a button, please type it)
Enter the amount of chosen currency to send from step 4
Enter the receiving address you will be receiving the currency.
Confirm the information is correct.
Send the chosen amount of currency(correct chain) to the address given by the bot.
To check that status of the transaction you can click on the /status_xxxxxxxxxxx link to update the status manually
